Straight bourbon whiskey derived from a blend of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malt, then proofed with our imported water. This blend provides smooth tasting notes of vanilla and caramel. Aged in newly charred American oak barrels for over 2 years adding an even richer deep flavor.
